  • Q: Where are you located?

  • Q: What is your photo session availability and how do I book a session?
    A: Our availability can be viewed with our online booking tool. Simply click on the book session feature to schedule your session and check if we are available for your desired date/time. 


  • Q: Can I reschedule my session if it rains? And what is your refund/cancellation policy?
    A: Absolutely! However, the weather in our area is unpredictable. With that being said, we will not reschedule your session until we know for a certainty that your session will be rained out.
  • Refund Policy: We require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Any cancellations made 48 hrs. prior to the scheduled appointment time will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made less than 48 hrs. prior to the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the session package that was purchased. ALL SALES ARE FINAL once the photography session has been completed.   


  • Q: Is there an extra charge for adding more people to the photos?
    A: Our largest package accommodates up to 15 guests. There will be a $10 charge for each additional guest. We will send an invoice via email to include any addition over 15 guests.


  • Q: What should I bring to my photo session? 
    A: We suggest the following items:

~Snacks for your young children.

~ Your child's favorite stuffed animal/toys. Trust us, it's something you'll want to remember later!

~For outdoor sessions, we recommend using bug spray. We shoot in areas where there can be gnats, mosquitos, and ticks. 

  • Q: What can I do to ensure that my photo session goes well?
    A: We recommend the following suggestions:

     ~Relax and let us show you a great time!

     ~Remember, children feed off of your stress. So, let us worry about getting their attention while you focus on the camera. 

     ~Make sure your kiddos get a good night's sleep. This is important! Grumpy kids don't like to cooperate. 

     ~Schedule your session around your kiddo's needs. Make sure they have a full belly and that your session isn't close to nap time. 

     ~Please alert us to any physical disabilities or behavioral characteristics that we should be aware of when working with your family.


  • Q: How long will it take for my photos to be edited?
    A: There is a 2-3 week turnaround time on gallery deliveries. 


  • Q: How do I see the photos after my session? 
    A: Your portraits will be uploaded to an online gallery and delivered via email. You will have access to view and download them to your mobile device or desktop. A digital copyright release is made available as well so that you can print as many images as you'd like.


  • Q: When is the balance of my session due?
    A: Payment is due upon booking. When scheduling your session, you will be prompted to make your payment.


  • Q: How much are your photo sessions?
    A: Our package pricing can be found under the investment tab on our website. 


  • Q: What locations do you shoot at? 
    A: Most of our sessions are shot at Emert's Cove Covered Bridge or on our studio grounds. We also shoot at Mynatt Park and Townsend Visitor's Center. 


  • Q: Can you travel to our cabin for a photo session? 
    A: We are up to traveling, no problem! However, keep in mind that not all cabin rentals have the ideal space or surroundings to capture the best photos. We would be happy to scout out the area before your arrival to ensure that the location is just right for your photo session.
